Our Good Dog Spot is happy to accept full-price merchandise returns and exchanges on purchases made directly through ourgooddogspot.com that are in original condition, are new, unaltered, unused, unwashed with original tags attached for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received. Unless defective, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for worn merchandise. Note that the intense color palette of our designs will gently lighten over time. This is normal wear.
Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.
